Bower & Octant Engineering is a registered company in the Department of Economic Development of Dubai. We employ engineers (Engineers of Record) that are qualified by Dubai Municipality for the design of marine engineering structures, civil structures, architectural design, mechanical and electrical design. B&O delivers the complete package. We will work closely with you through the preliminary design concepts to the final design stages until we obtain all necessary No Objection Certificates (NOC) from any relevant authority from different jurisdictions, for construction, supervision, and operation of the designed structure.
B&O is recognized as a reputable engineering consultancy that supervises major development projects through the full project cycle—from inception to commissioning. Our strong belief in teamwork allows us to integrate seamlessly with a wide variety of ideas, approaches, and disciplines.
